Regular case audits at Aveksa ensure that the support engineers are able to deliver on the expectations of every customer. However, at any point during the case resolution process, if a customer is unhappy with the progress of the case, expectations being set, resolution to the case provided or the quality of the responses, you may elect to escalate an issue to Aveksa Customer Support Management.
