Chief Information Security Officer and Aveksa Nominee Recognized for Achievement in Information Security

During her 24 years with Unum, Fleury has demonstrated a commitment to refining and streamlining automated processes and is an expert at allocating her resources. As the company’s CISO, she is responsible for the information policy framework, overseeing outsourced security administration operations, security incident response, intrusion detection and prevention, virus prevention, spam filtering, web monitoring and filtering, risk assessments, application security architecture, as well as to regulatory compliance as it relates to security. She has also been involved in company acquisitions and mergers that resulting in converting three disparate mainframe products into a single mainframe security platform.
