Access Governance Leader Adds Technology Industry Veteran to Drive Maximum Deployment Success for Customers Worldwide

WALTHAM, Mass.—May 19, 2009—Aveksa, Inc., the market-leading provider of enterprise access governance solutions, today  announced that it has named Gopal Nagarajan as vice president of worldwide customer and partner solutions and support. In this position, Nagarajan will be responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide service and support groups to ensure the ongoing deployment success of Aveksa’s customers. He will also lead the continued development and expansion of Aveksa’s best practice methodology for access governance deployments. Nagarajan will report to directly to Aveksa CEO Arun Oberoi.

Before joining Aveksa, Nagarajan was co-founder and CEO of eQuilibrium Solutions Corporation, a leading provider of carbon management software. Prior to eQuilibrium, Nagarajan served as vice president of customer services and support at OpenPages, Inc., where he played a key role in the company’s transformation from the content management space to a global leader in the corporate governance, risk and compliance (GRC) market. Prior to OpenPages, Nagarajan was vice president of worldwide professional services for Object Design, Inc./Excelon Corporation.
