Inside Sales Representative     return

Description

Develop qualified pipeline of new customers as well as qualify, sell & close opportunities within existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate and qualify target accounts within an assigned geographic territory, leveraging various sales and lead generation tools with the goal of securing customer discovery calls with new prospects.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through direct telephone selling and emails.
  • Work closely with RSDs to target new accounts/verticals, identify potential customers within those accounts, and develop and execute on a penetration strategy.
  • Weekly review of discovery calls scheduled, pipeline developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence received; keep records and generate reports on all phases of activities.

Product Marketing Manager     return

Description

In this role, you'll be a key contributing member of the Aveksa Marketing team, helping us continue to grow and innovate in our target markets. You'll be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market activities for Aveksa's industry-leading solutions.  Components of this role include crafting and validating messaging and positioning for our products, helping to define and develop marketing programs that will drive demand, and working closely with the field sales team on execution. It's very important for you to be able to clearly and effectively communicate our product's benefits at a business level, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Messaging: Developing product positioning, and the associated messaging that will best differentiate our products in the market
  • Sales Enablement: Communicating the value proposition of our products to the growing sales team, and developing associated sales tools that will best support them
  • Product Launch: Own the launch of new or improved product releases, and be responsible for their execution
  • Competitive and Market intelligence: Keep up to date with market, buyer, and competitive trends, and be able to synthesize these into appropriate product and marketing strategies

Sr. PreSales Engineer    return

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales calls and on-site visits to explore customer requirements and to explain and articulate the value proposition of Aveksa's solution including features, technical architecture, and integration with existing customer infrastructure
  • Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Own the technical relationship with the customer and ensure that Avkesa wins every technical evaluation

Requirements:

Implementation Engineer    return

Reporting to the Practice Director for the region the candidate will be responsible for development and delivery of Aveksa solutions and 3rd party integrations. The Aveksa services organization is geared towards building a hybrid onsite/offsite delivery model, allowing Aveksa to drive down the cost of implementations, while delivering highly satisfied customers and significantly higher margins to the Aveksa Services business.

Key success factors include building reusable solution components, working with on-shore Implementation Engineers to collect configuration and integration specifications, and delivering high-quality implementation to Aveksa customers.
This position requires extensive short-term travel of up to 80%.

Solutions Architect    return

Reporting to the Practice Director for the region, Solutions Architect's primary responsibilities are to assist customers in deploying Aveksa software products and to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

The Solutions Architect will also participate in business development activities and contribute to the product direction by working closely with Aveksa Product Management.

The Solutions Architect will demonstrate leadership by facilitating requirement- gathering sessions, writing well-defined statements of work and specification documents, architecting and documenting a well thought-through solution consistent with Aveksa best practices, and driving projects to successful deployment by leveraging appropriate Aveksa resources. The successful candidate will have strong client-management skills, relationship-building skills, solid project management experience, negotiating skills, and must be able to successfully drive multiple projects in parallel.

This position requires extensive short-term travel of up to 70%.

Principal Education Consultant    return

Reporting to the VP of consulting Services, Principal Education Consultant' will participate in the development, delivery and enhancement of the Aveksa Compliance Manager and Role Manager training curriculum. This position includes participating in all aspects of the instructional design process, including: defining, developing, implementing and evaluating course material. Training mediums will include formal classroom delivery at an Aveksa contracted training facility, Aveksa offices and client sites throughout the world, web-cast delivery and self-directed course development. The Technical Trainer will work closely with the Engineering, Support and Delivery teams and subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum is accurate and relevant to the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently (and with subject matter experts) to learn the product and ensure accuracy of training material, related to new product releases.
  • Work within a project team to help design and write training curriculum.
  • Deliver Aveksa Compliance Manager courses/training to both internal and external audiences throughout the world.
  • Look for opportunities to refine and develop processes to meet department goals, and present ideas for improvement.

  • Be available for on-call after hours and weekend support for critical issues.
  • Creating knowledge-base Solutions on key technical support topics. Aveksa's knowledge-base portal is available to customers, partners and employees 24x7.
  • Provide assistance to field consultants engaged at customer sites.
  • Participate in test cycles of new products, representing the interests of the customer-base.
  • Complete ownership of the case from Level 2 to case closure.
