Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in high-tech customer support or implementation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, highly energetic
- BS or BA in a technical field with some computer science background
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Experience with some of the following technologies:

- RDBMS (preferably Oracle, or SQL Server)
- Platforms ( WebSphere, WebLogic, Active Directory, SiteMinder)
- Languages (XML, DHTML, or JAVA)
- Operating Systems (Linux, Solaris, Windows)
- Various networking technologies
- Ability to travel
