We are currently seeking Test Engineers to develop, build and run tests in close collaboration with the development team.

• Work closely with the development team to help create tools, utilities, and test strategies.
• Own testing responsibilities for major components of a complex Java Server application.
• Assist in the build out of IT infrastructure for development and QA.
• Assist in release integration.
• Provide support during beta cycle with close customer interaction.
• Help to document QA procedures and strategies.

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/Other in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in the software industry preferably in a product company.
• Should have strong Linux (or Unix) experience.
• Proven experience developing and implementing test plans and tests.
• Experience with the testing and QA of J2EE products.
• Knowledge of performance, load, and system testing tools and methodologies a major plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Must understand and embrace effective software engineering processes.
